Fear Is Learned—And That Means It Can Be Unlearned

What if I told you that babies aren’t naturally afraid of snakes?

Sounds unbelievable, right? But this short video proves it.

In it, babies are happily playing on the floor while giant snakes crawl around them. One baby even puts the snake in their mouth! The parents are cringing in the background, but the babies? They’re curious, calm, and completely unbothered.

It’s a fascinating reminder that fear isn’t something we’re born with. It’s something we learn.

And that means: we can unlearn it, too.

This is where hypnosis comes in.

If you have a fear or phobia that’s holding you back—flying, insects, tight spaces, public speaking, or something else—hypnosis offers a gentle way to rewire your response.

I know this because I’ve done it myself.

I used to have a paralyzing fear of snakes. Even watching that video would have been impossible. But through hypnosis, I changed that response. I released the fear, and I didn’t just manage it—I rewrote it. That’s the power of working with the subconscious.

If your fear is keeping you from doing the things you want to do, know this: your brain is not broken. You’re not stuck. You just need a new pathway.

Whenever you're ready to let go of fear, I'm here to help.
