In-person in Stamford, CT, and online.

What Is the Relaxation Room?
During each session, you’re guided into a deeply relaxed trance (or meditative) state, and invited to create a personal “relaxation room” inside your own awareness.
This inner space becomes associated with calm, safety, and ease — a state your nervous system can recognize and return to.
You’re not being asked to visualize anything perfectly or “do it right.” The experience unfolds naturally as your system shifts out of constant alertness and into regulation.
While we meet in a studio at Artemisia, the real work happens internally. Over time, accessing this inner relaxation room becomes easier — both during sessions and in everyday life.
