I recently had the joy of being interviewed on a local cable TV show The FlashZone Project to talk about something I care deeply about: how hypnotherapy helps us reconnect with our inner wisdom, release stress, and gently rewrite the patterns that hold us back.
In the interview, we covered a wide range of topics—how hypnosis compares to meditation, how it supports nervous system regulation, and why so many people feel stuck in chronic fight-or-flight without even realizing it. The host shared his own profound experience of hypnosis as a state of pure consciousness and bliss—describing it as a powerful reminder that beneath our conditioning, we each have access to peace.
We talked about why people come to see me when they’re ready for change. Whether it’s a fear of public speaking, struggles with sleep, a long-standing emotional pattern, or simply the sense that something needs to shift—hypnosis can help quiet the noise and open the door to healing.
I also explained why hypnosis can feel so familiar: it’s the same state we enter while meditating, falling asleep, or watching a great film. The difference is that in hypnotherapy, we use that natural state purposefully—to rewire beliefs, soothe the nervous system, and envision new possibilities. Because the subconscious doesn’t know the difference between imagination and reality, detailed inner visualization can actually reshape the brain (yes—neuroplasticity studies show this!).
If you’ve ever struggled with stress, anxiety, negative self-talk, or feeling stuck—this conversation is for you.

This work is deeply personal to me—not because I have all the answers, but because I’ve seen again and again that people do heal when they’re given the right support and space to reconnect with their own inner wisdom.
