Hypnotherapy-Based Coaching for Chronic Pain & Subconscious Change

This ongoing work combines clinical hypnosis, nervous system regulation, and an integrated mind–body–spirit approach to help resolve chronic pain, stress patterns, and the deeper subconscious loops that keep people stuck.

Why This Works for Chronic Pain (and Other Stuck Patterns)

Chronic pain and long-standing patterns rarely live at the conscious level.
They are shaped by the nervous system, subconscious beliefs, emotional memory, and learned protective responses — often long after the original trigger has passed.

That’s why insight alone, positive thinking, or traditional coaching frequently isn’t enough.

This work uses clinical hypnosis and trance-based methods in every session to access the deeper layers where pain responses, stress patterns, and automatic reactions are formed and maintained. From that state, we can safely interrupt old loops, retrain the nervous system, and create new internal responses that the body can actually sustain.

Coaching then helps integrate those changes into daily life — so the shifts made in hypnosis don’t fade, but become your new baseline.

This is especially effective for:

  • chronic or stress-related pain

  • symptoms that fluctuate without a clear medical cause

  • patterns that improve temporarily but return

  • people who “understand their issues” but still feel stuck

If this explanation resonates, the next step is a brief consultation to see whether this ongoing work is the right fit for you.

What We Work On Together

This ongoing work gives us consistent access to the deeper layers that shape pain, stress, and automatic patterns. Through regular hypnosis and integrated mind–body–spirit coaching, we work with the nervous system, subconscious responses, and inner guidance that influence how you feel and function day to day.

The areas below reflect the primary systems we tend to work with over time.

Chronic Pain &
Somatic Patterning

Pain that persists despite medical care, fluctuates with stress, or feels “out of proportion” is often driven by learned nervous system responses. We work directly with the subconscious patterns that maintain pain signals, helping the body learn safety and regulation again.

Nervous System Regulation & Stress Response

Chronic pain, anxiety, and emotional reactivity share the same foundation: a nervous system stuck in protection mode. Hypnosis allows us to retrain these responses at the level where they’re actually generated.

Subconscious
Emotional Patterns

Automatic emotional reactions — fear, shutdown, anger, self-criticism — are often learned responses, not conscious choices. In hypnosis, we work with these patterns directly, rather than trying to override them with willpower.

Identity, Meaning
& Self-Concept

Pain and long-term stress don’t just affect the body — they reshape identity. This work helps update outdated self-concepts formed around illness, limitation, or survival, so change doesn’t threaten who you are.

Mind–Body Integration

Symptoms often persist when the mind and body are working at cross-purposes. Hypnosis creates a state where communication between conscious intention and bodily response becomes possible again.

Intuition
& Inner Guidance

Trance states naturally heighten intuitive awareness. Over time, clients learn to recognize internal signals — not as something mystical, but as a reliable form of inner information and self-trust.

Life Transitions & Adaptation

Major changes — healing, loss, recovery, identity shifts — require the nervous system to reorganize. Hypnosis supports smoother transitions by reducing resistance and internal conflict.

Integration of Previous Healing Work

Many clients have done therapy, coaching, bodywork, or spiritual work that helped — but didn’t fully stick. This container helps integrate and stabilize those gains so they become durable.

How This Coaching Works

This is an ongoing, weekly container designed to create real change at the subconscious level — not just insight or short-term relief.

Each session includes guided hypnosis to access the deeper layers where pain responses, stress patterns, and automatic behaviors are formed and maintained. From that state, we work directly with the nervous system and subconscious to interrupt old loops and support new, more adaptive responses.

Coaching is then used to integrate those changes into daily life — helping you recognize shifts, apply insight, and stabilize progress between sessions. Over time, this combination allows changes to compound rather than fade.

Sessions are always tailored to what will create the most meaningful progress in that moment, while remaining grounded in a consistent structure that supports safety, depth, and continuity.

What You Get Each Month

This coaching program is designed to support consistent progress and meaningful change through weekly, structured work. Your monthly membership includes:

  • Weekly 60-minute sessions (with up to 90 minutes when deeper work is needed)

  • Personalized mind-body-spirit tools to strengthen emotional resilience and alignment

  • Email support between sessions for quick check-ins, clarity, or next steps

  • Monthly Relaxation Reset session included at no extra cost

  • Specially discounted pricing on additional sessions, events, and workshops

Everything is structured to give you consistent guidance, integration time, and a clear path forward.

Who This Program Is For

This work is best suited for people who are ready to engage at a deeper level — not just intellectually, but physiologically and internally.

It’s especially appropriate if you:

  • Live with chronic or persistent pain, particularly when stress, emotions, or past experiences seem to influence symptoms

  • Have tried therapy, coaching, bodywork, or medical approaches that helped somewhat — but didn’t fully resolve the issue

  • Understand your patterns logically, yet still feel caught in them

  • Notice that your nervous system tends toward hypervigilance, shutdown, or reactivity

  • Are open to hypnosis and altered states as a legitimate path to healing and change

  • Want support that addresses mind, body, and spirit together, rather than in isolation

This container works well for people who value consistency, depth, and continuity — and who are willing to show up regularly so change has time to stabilize.

Who This is Not For

This may not be the right fit if you’re looking for:

  • A single-session fix

  • Talk-only coaching without subconscious work

  • A purely medical or diagnostic approach

  • Passive healing where change happens without your participation

  • Occasional or drop-in support without continuity

This work is intentional, relational, and cumulative. Results come from engaging the process over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this coaching or hypnotherapy?

This is hypnotherapy-based coaching. Every session includes guided hypnosis to work directly with subconscious and nervous system patterns. Coaching is used to help integrate those changes into daily life so they become stable and lasting.

Will we use hypnosis every session?

Yes. Hypnosis is a core part of this work and is included in every session. The specific approach may vary depending on what will create the most meaningful progress, but sessions are always rooted in trance-based and subconscious work.

Is this appropriate for chronic pain?

Yes. This work is particularly well-suited for chronic or persistent pain, especially when stress, emotional patterns, or nervous system responses appear to influence symptoms.

This approach is intended for people who have already addressed appropriate medical evaluation for their pain. It does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment, and is designed to work alongside or beyond other approaches that may not have fully helped.

Is this a good fit if I’m not in physical pain?

Yes. This work also supports stress regulation, emotional patterns, identity shifts, and life transitions. If you feel stuck despite understanding your patterns, this approach may still be a good fit.

What if I can’t be hypnotized?

Most people can enter hypnosis more easily than they expect. Hypnosis is not a special or mystical state — it’s a natural form of focused attention that occurs regularly in everyday life.

This work does not require belief, special abilities, or prior experience. What matters is a willingness to engage with the process and show up consistently. Sessions are structured to meet you where you are, and depth tends to increase naturally over time.

Are sessions in person or online?
Sessions are primarily held in person. Zoom sessions are available when needed — such as during travel, illness, or for clients who are not local — and are integrated in a way that maintains continuity and depth.

The format is always chosen to support the work, not convenience alone.

What’s expected of me between sessions?

This work is designed to be cumulative, so you’ll have a short, tailored practice plan between sessions. That may include daily listening (recording or hypnosis audio), self-hypnosis practice, brief written exercises, or targeted behavior experiments — chosen based on what will create the most momentum for you.

The practices are straightforward and realistic. Consistency matters more than intensity.

What if I miss a session?

Consistency matters because this work builds over time. Sessions are reserved specifically for you, and missed sessions are not automatically rescheduled.

That said, life happens. If you need to miss a week occasionally, we’ll simply continue the work at the next scheduled session. The focus is on maintaining overall momentum rather than perfection.

How long do people usually work with you?

This is an ongoing container rather than a one-session solution. Many clients begin to notice shifts within the first few weeks, but deeper or long-standing patterns — especially chronic pain — typically benefit from sustained work over time.  Most clients find that meaningful change begins to stabilize after the first few months of consistent work. We’ll periodically check in to assess progress and alignment.

Is this therapy?

This work is not psychotherapy and does not replace medical or mental health care. It is a complementary, non-diagnostic approach focused on subconscious change, nervous system regulation, and integration. Many clients engage in this work alongside medical care, therapy, or other healing modalities.

What if I’ve already done therapy or coaching?

Many clients come to this work after years of insight-oriented therapy or coaching. Hypnosis allows us to work at a different level — one that doesn’t rely solely on conscious understanding — which often helps changes finally settle and stick.

How do I get started?

The first step is a free consultation. This gives us a chance to talk through your goals, answer questions, and make sure this ongoing container is the right fit before moving forward.

If we both feel it’s aligned, you’ll receive next steps for enrollment.
