The Pain Alchemy Program gives you a structured, mind-body approach to help interrupt old pain loops, create new pathways of ease, and support deeper emotional and subconscious shifts that medication alone can’t access.

This is a collaborative process focused on retraining your system, restoring a sense of safety, and helping your body remember how to feel well again.

A structured, six-session process designed to retrain patterns in the nervous system, reduce the intensity of pain signals, and support deeper emotional and subconscious shifts.

You’ll be guided step-by-step through tools and approaches that help you:

Understand how pain becomes “wired in,” and begin gently resetting those patterns using safe, calming mind-body techniques.

 

• Ease physical discomfort

Use approaches such as the Control Room, hypnoanalgesia, or sensory modulation to help your system reconnect with comfort.

 

• Shift emotional and subconscious drivers

Explore underlying emotional patterns through Parts Work, Timeline work, or similar methods—supporting change at the origin.

Chronic pain doesn’t just live in the body — it lives in the nervous system, the subconscious, and the protective patterns your brain has learned over time. Even when tissues have healed, those patterns can keep firing, creating real pain long after the original cause is gone.

FAQ

Do I need a formal diagnosis to start?

You don’t need a specific label like fibromyalgia or CRPS, but you should have had your pain evaluated by a medical professional. Once any medical concerns have been ruled out, hypnosis can support the mind-body patterns that often keep pain active. I request a brief acknowledgment from your physician confirming that hypnosis is appropriate for you.

Will I be in control during hypnosis?

Yes. You remain aware, responsive, and in control the entire time. Hypnosis is a focused, relaxed state — not mind control, not sleep.

 

What if I can’t relax or “can’t be hypnotized”?

That’s a common concern. Hypnosis is a natural state your mind enters every day. You don’t need to feel deeply relaxed for the work to be effective; you only need to be willing to follow the process.

 

What if my pain has a physical or medical cause?

Hypnosis never replaces medical care. It supports your body’s ability to regulate pain, ease tension, and shift protective patterns — regardless of the origin. I request a brief note from your physician confirming that hypnosis is appropriate for you.

 

Will this be emotional or difficult?

Some sessions focus on calming the nervous system; others explore underlying emotional patterns if that feels right for you. We go at your pace. Safety and stability always come first.

 

How many sessions will I need?

The Pain Alchemy Program is a six-session process designed to build momentum and create deeper change. Most clients feel shifts along the way, and many choose to continue with optional maintenance or integration sessions afterward.

I’m a certified hypnotherapist trained in chronic pain protocols, and I take a mind-body approach that works with both the nervous system and the deeper subconscious patterns that influence pain.

This is not something I do to you — it’s a collaborative process. Together, we help your system shift out of protection mode, release long-held patterns, and reconnect with a greater sense of ease.

Option 1 — Free 20-Minute Consultation

Option 2 — Single Pain Alchemy Session

If you prefer to experience the work directly, you can book one standalone session.

You’ll receive a targeted, individualized session designed to:

  • interrupt pain patterns

  • calm the nervous system

  • begin shifting subconscious responses

 

If you choose to continue, the $300 can be applied toward a full program when purchased within 30 days.
