Deep Reset Group Session

Service Description

Deep Reset is a live, in-person group hypnosis experience designed to help your nervous system settle, release accumulated stress, and restore a sense of ease — especially after the intensity of the holiday season. This session takes place in person at Artemisia Integrative Wellness Center in Stamford, CT. Deep Reset is not a class or a program. There’s nothing to prepare for and nothing to keep up with. You simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow your system to rest. During the session, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed trance where your body can shift out of fight-or-flight and into a calmer, more regulated state. Through gentle imagery and suggestion, you’ll create an internal “relaxation room” — a mental and nervous-system state associated with safety, ease, and restoration. Over time, this state becomes easier to access both during and outside of sessions. No sharing is required, and there’s no pressure to visualize or “do it right.” The experience unfolds naturally as your system settles. To preserve a calm, uninterrupted experience, please arrive by 4:00 pm. Late entry isn’t permitted once the session has started. Whether you attend once or make this a monthly practice, The Relaxation Room offers a supportive space to pause, reset, and reconnect with a steadier internal state.
