Initial Consultation: Via phone or Zoom, we'll have a free consultation for you to ask questions about the hypnotherapy program and for me to understand your basic situation. (15 minutes, Free, click here to book.)

Intake Session: Via Zoom or telephone, we begin with a comprehensive assessment of your smoking history, triggers, and personal goals, and will start you on your path to success with an individualized smoking reduction plan. (30 minutes, included in Program).

First Session: One to two weeks later. We will explain hypnosis, teach you self-hypnosis, get you into a very relaxed hypnotic state, and give you an anchor and replacement behaviors for your smoking triggers. We review and adjust practical strategies and tools to support your smoke-free journey. (2 hours, included in Program)

Second Session: One to two weeks later. A customized Hypnotherapy Session to focus on breaking the subconscious patterns that sustained your smoking habit. (1 hour, included in Program)
