1.  Free Consultation

Get comfortable with the process and have your questions answered with no obligation. This 15-minute consultation via phone or Zoom is designed to help you understand how hypnotherapy can benefit you and to ensure that my program is the right fit for your needs.

2. Initial Session

Begin your journey to restful sleep with a comprehensive intake session. We will assess your sleep history, challenges, and personal goals, and introduce you to the effectiveness of hypnotherapy. This session includes an explanation of hypnosis, training in self-hypnosis, deep relaxation techniques, and practical tools to improve your sleep immediately. You will experience a relaxing hypnotherapy session and get started right away with sleep enhancement tools. You will also receive a recording from your session to listen to at home for reinforcement.

 

3. Follow-up sessions
