In this program, you will learn self-hypnosis techniques for stress management, which is crucial for weight loss and overall health and well-being. You’ll discover methods to improve your sleep quality and fall asleep more easily, boosting your overall well-being. Cultivating a mindset that keeps you motivated and focused on your goals is another core component.  You'll learn to recognize and change the patterns of self-talk that shape your subconscious programming, aligning your inner voice with your health and weight loss goals. By understanding how your subconscious interprets your self-talk, you'll be empowered to create positive changes in your behavior and mindset.


Program Details:
  • Two Private Hypnotherapy Sessions:  Personalized sessions to explore and address the emotional roots of your relationship with your body, food, and exercise. These one-on-one sessions will uncover subconscious triggers and blocks, reprogram negative patterns, and foster a healthier relationship with food and your body. This holistic approach supports both physical transformation and emotional well-being, ensuring long-lasting change.

  • Eight Group Sessions: ,Held weekly in Stamford on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM, from August 21 through October 9.  Each session includes group hypnosis to reinforce positive changes.

  • Journaling and Art Exercises:  Unearth subconscious beliefs and patterns through creative expression.​

  • Weekly Handouts and Resources:  Receive valuable information and tools to support your journey.

  • Online Support Group:  Exclusive access to an online community for additional support and motivation.
